Matchajaja Cocktail

Welcome to "MatchaBoy Summer"! We teamed up with Wootak (AKA BarChemistry) to create the ultimate summer matcha cocktail. 

 Ingredients: 

• 2 oz of Jaja Tequila Blanco 
• 1 oz of pineapple ginger syrup 
• 1/2 oz lime juice 
• 1 tbsp of matcha powder
• 2 oz of oat or coconut m*lk 
• Ice
• Mint sprigs for garnish 
• Powdered sugar for garnish

Create: 

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. 
2. Give it a lil shake, shake, shake. 
3. Fill a separate glass with ice and pour the cocktail mixture on top. 
4. Top it off with a mint sprig and powdered sugar on top. Cheers!
