Power your day with this filling vegan, nutrient-packed Matcha Smoothie Bowl, made with our Culinary Grade Matcha Powder!
- ½ Cup of Greek Yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
- ½ Cup Oat Milk
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1 Frozen Banana
- ½ of Avocado
- 1 scoop of our Culinary Grade Matcha Powder
- 1 Chopped Banana
- 6 Strawberries thinly sliced
- ¼ Cup of Blueberries
- ½ Cup of Granola (your choice)
- 2 tablespoon of nut butter (optional)
Create your base by adding greek yogurt, oat milk, spinach, avocado, and matcha in a blender. Mix until creamy and well-blended. Add an extra frozen banana if you prefer a thicker, colder base!Wash fresh ingredients. Chop the banana and strawberries thinly. Starting with granola, pour on top of the bowl. (For an added touch, create a crescent moon shape with the granola, hugging the outside of the bowl.) Follow this with the sliced bananas and strawberries. Finish off with a layer of blueberries and enjoy! Scoop or drizzle your choice of nut butter on top, if desired.
