Perfect before or post workout, featuring our fav vegan protein powder by our friends at Owyn!
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- Handful of spinach
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup your choice of milk
- 1 scoop of smooth peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter)
- 1 serving of maca powder
- 1 scoop of protein powder (we like Owyn's!)
- 1 scoop of culinary grade matcha powder
Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Pour the shake into a cup and enjoy!
