Ingredients
- Dates
- Nut butter
- Protein powder
- Matcha powder
- Maple syrup
- Vanilla extract
Create
- Soak just over 1/2 cup of pitted dates in water for 10 mins (this will make the next step easier)
- Use a food processor or blender to mush it up and add in 1/2 cup nut butter of choice (I’m using almond butter)
- Pour into bowl and add: 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, 2 servings of vanilla protein powder, 1tbsp ceremonial grade matcha, about 1/3 cup maple syrup - I slowly add it in and mix as I go so it doesn’t get too runny.
