- 2-3 tsp honey (if vegan, maple syrup)
- ½ matcha shot
- 1 ½ oz whiskey
- 2-3 tsp lemon juice (to taste)
- 1 lemon slice (for garnish)
- 1 cinnamon stick (for garnish)
- Make your matcha shot: sift and whisk ½ tsp of matcha powder with 5 oz of hot water.
- In a separate mug, combine and mix the honey, lemon juice, and whiskey until well-incorporated.
- Pour the matcha shot on top, stir, and garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon slice.
